I turned in my application to a local bank yesterday. It'd be cool if I got the job, 8-4 everyday, weekends and holidays off, insurance and dental and vision, and a nice Christmas bonus. It'd also be easy for me to attend college with this job, too. But I want only what God wants. But that job would be nice! :D
I've been watching more and more of Avatar lately. I know it's not technically an anime, but it's such a good show! I recommend it to everyone. It comes on NickToon tv, just to let ya'll know. With my DVR, I record them...but I also try to catch the marathons they have, lol. I'm watching it now as I type this. XD
Man, I had an awkward moment today. To summarize it, there's this guy I work with who I found out has a crush on me. (Which is sweet...he's cute and really shy, lol.) So, yeah, anyways, I saw him in Wal-mart with one of his friends today. He was buying some Xbox controllers on his way home for a Halo 2 battle, lol. Anyway, I chatted with him for a bit, and then, when I ran out of words to say, I said, "Alright, well I don't wanna keep ya'll from ya'll's Halo 2 thing, so I'll see ya'll later." Well, they walked off and my friends that I was with said I was rude for just dismissing him like that. I was like,"what?" So now I feel bad. But I've always been like that...I get awkward around guys and just wanna run away, lol. But, I also "dismiss" people like that because I feel like I'm imposing on their time or something. Lol, I'm so pathetic. But I've promised myself that next time I work with him, I'll apologize for my accidental rudeness, lol.
Anyway, the next Fruits Basket (#19) doesn't come out until March 2008. Ugh, why the long wait?! lol. It's getting pretty good.
So, yeah, that's my life...how's ya'll's? :P

Man, why does it have to be so hard to save money?! All I need to do is save up $800 for a semester in college for this January, but as soon as I get some money saved up, I seem to spend it on nothing...Lord, what am I doing wrong? Why can't I balance everything out and control my spending?!
I'm doing this Bible Study on the book, "The Treasure Principle," by Randy Alcorn. He talks about God being the owner and me being His money manager. I need to keep that in mind as I go to spend my money....*sigh* Lord, I really wanna go to college, but I don't think I'm going to be able to pay for it....help me have control over my spending habits and help me to remember that You are the owner of this money, not me. I thank You for that.
Man, am I the only one that thinks saving money is hard? :P

Hello! Good news...the singing actually went way better than I thought it would. I practically bathed it in prayer, and I practiced until my voice was raw and sore at night all these past few days. The Lord is Faithful! Man...I was bombarded by people and their kind words. Brother D. wants me to sing some other nights, also. I think it would be fun. God took away my fear and replaced it with anticipation and eagerness to get up there. I enjoyed it, even though I never looked directly at the crowd, lol! Thank You, God, because I wouldn't even be singing without You.
So, yeah, we practiced for a Christmas Musical drama tonight. It's gonna be awesome. Brother D. picked the rejects of the church to be the main characters, lol. (Me, my best friend Ally, Rob {great youth}, J.D. {good friend}, Jeremy {another youth} and Matt {my crush} lol). It's fun because we are all good friends, and now we are actually doing a drama together. I have the part of Carol, the shy, timid church-goer who had done some bad things in her past and doesn't think she can be forgiven by God and actually be good enough to be the innkeeper's wife. Ally is Mary, who really is a girl that's very humble and obedient and eager to do things for others. Rob is Joseph, who feels as if he's called to be the actual Joseph in the skit. Jeremy is Tom, the innkeeper himself, who's really a busy businessman. Matt is Ryan, a rebellious teen who doesn't believe in God, but is called to be a Shepard. And J.D. is the director, who chose this unlikely bunch to portray the Nativity Story.
It's really an awesome skit/musical. I'm so excited!!!
I have to work tomorrow...6-3. Ugh...so not looking forward to getting up at 4:30am. But, oh well, I'm supposed to have a package waiting for me at the post office. I'm happy to say it's Fruits Basket #18, and Land of the Blindfolded #s 8&9. Yeah!!! Happy reading.
Speaking of reading...I've been doing this study based off the book, "The Treasure Principle, " by Randy Alcorn. Very intriguing. And I realize how badly I've invested my money...I never thought of God as the owner and me, His money manager. Ya'll should definitely check it out!~ Great insights to think on.

Yeah, I am so tired! I need to be in bed...but I'm so nervous about tomorrow!
I have to sing in front of the church tomorrow night! DX Not something I really felt led to do...but yeah, they asked, so I said, yeah, like a dumbo. Man, I can really stick my foot in my mouth, sometimes. Gah! But yeah, I'm singing the song, "When Love Came Down" by Point of Grace. I don't know if any of you have heard of the song...I just listened to it myself a few days ago. Man, Lord, please help me to remember that I'm singing this for You and Your glory only. Help me to forget 50 old people will be staring at me while I sing for You...lol. Thank You, Lord. And now I need to throw up. Lol, just kidding.
But yeah, other than that, I'm doing swell. I found a good youtube video on Mike Huckabee. I don't know if any of ya'll are into politics, but I really like this vid. Check it out ( under this. )

Today was wonderful. I forgot how much I missed spending time with Dad and my sis shopping and all!
To recap on the day, we stopped at Applebee's and ate a delicious lunch. Then we spent some time at the local Family Christian Store (where I got some awesome Worship Guitar books), then we hung out at the mall shopping for dressy clothes. We then stopped by the theaters to watch August Rush. I recommend this to everyone who hasn't seen it!!!! The best movie I have seen in a while! I'm totally in love with it, and I know you will be too!!! :)
I need to get some guitar strings. Mine are pretty old...maybe some nylon ones....don't know. Yeah, tomorrow, I have to go to work. T.T Waking up at 4:30am sucks, but least I get to practice guitar in the gas station...(unbeknowest to my boss, lol).
So, yeah, hope ya'll's day was wonderful as well! If not, why not tomorrow? ~_^

Hey Guys! Wow...it's been almost a year...I sincerely apologize for the lack of posts, but I can't promise that it won't happen again. My social calendar has been filled up lately...sorry. But, I've lately felt the need to write down my thoughts again, so I'm back. I'll try to keep going with this lj. Love you guys and missed ya'll!!!

New layout. I like it...I don't really like how it's layed out, though. I put the picture together...I think it's too cute!!! Fruits Basket is great. I'm supposed to be getting #18. I'm so excited!!! The story is getting closer to a climax, yay! I've also ordered Land of the Blindfolded #8-9. I don't know if there are any more volumes after that...booksamillion.com doesn't mention any...so I guess I'll have to shop around elsewhere to see, lol. So, yeah, I've been lovin' some Bleach lately. I've been DVR recording the ones that come on at night on Cartoon Network...the story plot is getting exciting...where they are going to rescue Rukia and everything. I'm lovin' it. XD
I'm pretty excited about tomorrow. I'll be going Christmas shopping with my sister and Dad...I'll be getting some new guitar books and some guitar strings and stuff. I've been trying to learn acoustic guitar, but it's hard because I have old strings, so I'll be excited with the new ones. Starbucks here I come!!! lol.
So, yeah...I guess that's all I have to say, for now...oh yeah. Ya'll have to check out this video from youtube...It's hilarious!!!!

Hey there!
Man, it does feel good to be able to post on livejournal again, I'm tellin' you. I'm glad my mom has internet now. I was afraid I'd have to give up lj forever! NOO!
So, anyways, me and my mom went to PetCo today. We went to get her some Societ Finches (she raises Finches and Parakeets) and I ended up getting a teddy bear hamster. I've had one before, but he died, and I missed him so much. (I had named him Rufus after Ron's naked mole rat off of Kim Possible because he was kind of bald when I first got him.) So, I really don't know what to name this one. I was thinking Moo-Moo, but mom says it'd be easier to call it something with one syllable. She mentioned Tug. That's cute. But I don't know, I might think of something else. I'll definitely have to post some pics of it later!
She also let me have one of her Parakeets. It's beautiful! With a blue body and tail and white wings and head. I'm not too sure what to name her/him, either. *shrugs* But I love my new pets. So, I have a rotweiler named Cujo, a dauchand puppy named Little Bit, a Parakeet, a hamster and a plant named Brio (Spirit). So, yeah, I love them all so much! Haha.
Well, Dad and Tia get back from Tennessee tomorrow. I'll be working 5:45 am to 2 pm tomorrow, so the should be home by the time I get off.
I've been thinking a lot of what I'm going to do to my room. My mom let me have an old coffetable(which I'm going to fix up, repaint and stain, and make cushions for) and a chair for my room. I'm in the process of saving up for a futon bed/couch that will be a couch during the day (for all my videogames and reading needs) and a bed at night. All kinds of stuff I'm going to do to my room for less than 500 dollars. So, I'm so excited about that! And who knows, maybe I'll find out I am cut out for interior design. *shrugs*
I've been watching a lot of the HGTV channel, along with CSI, LOST, House, and L&O: CI. I've gotten pretty addicted to those shows, lol. I've been wanting to rent Stay Alive on dvd, but they've all been rented out. T_T So, I just gotta have a little patience.
I've been reading alot. I just finished a Christian book by Deanne Gist (or is it Dianne?). It was really good. (Called Measure of a Lady). I love to read, but I haven't had the time, so I'm glad I was able to finish a book. I've also ordered some manga that should be coming in soon, so I won't be too bored, lol. All of this, and I also have to study for the ACT. (I'm taking it again...I hope to get higher than a 27....but we'll see). Once I finish with the ACT, I'll be starting up some online classes from Liberty and I'll also be taking some classes at our local VO-Tech college. (The director there is my Sunday School teacher.)
Did I mention I was an Acteens leader on Wed. nights? It's pretty fun, but the lessons have been hard to do because it doesn't suggest much in the leader book. So, I went to Family Christian Stores the week before last and got some of my own material to use. I hope to incorporate Skits and other fun stuff into our lesson so the girls will get excited about Bible study and missions. Ya'll, please pray for me! I want to be able to get through to them. I want God to work through me to touch their lives...you know what I mean?
Well, anyway, I'm talking a lot. lol. But, it has been a while since I've last posted! Well, anyways, I've been getting into cooking a lot. I have a Korean Aunt in Virginia who cooks a lot, and I've watched her. She taught me how to make a couple dishes, and it's actually fun to cook. Can you believe I'm saying that?! So, I've been trying to collaborate recipes from all my family into one box so that I may learn them. Yep...or maybe I should just marry a Chef and not worry about cooking? (lol, kidding!)

Wow...Wow, WOW! It's been forever guys! I've missed ya'll so much! And guess what? I can log in with no problem, now. I just gotta be over at my mom's to use her computer. Yay!
So, to catch ya'll up...ummm, I've been working. yep, that's about it. Dad and my sis are on vacation in TN right now. I didn't get to go because of work, so I've been staying at my mom's. She's the best mom ever. She's giving me a parakeet. I've never had a bird as a pet before, so that'll be fun. I love her to death.
Church-wise: I'm now the Acteens leader for the teenage girls on Wed. nights. It's so wierd to be a teacher! But I'm loving it. And, it also makes me wanna be a teacher career-wiser. But I've also been thinking about interior design. Well, whatever I do, (Lord Willing) I wanna write books on the side. I've always loved writing, and I've been wanting to do Children's books (illustrating and writing them) with a Christian message. So, God's been filling my life up, buddy. I'm lovin' it. (Bah-da-da-da-Daah.....mcdonald's theme song). Anyways, I've been drawing a lot lately. I've also been figuring out ways to redo my room. It's a lot of fun to do stuff like that. Well, that's pretty much what's been going on. What about ya'll? I've missed ya'll a lot, so let me know what's going on! Gotta go to bed, but I'll be back later!

Hey guys! Well, I'm leaving today from Virginia to go back home. *cries* Don't make me go! Nooo!!!
But, yeah. I guess it's time to get back to the real world of work, eat sleep, babysit and work again. Boring!!! I'll try to update when I get the chance. I won't promise anything though, cause I don't wanna cause dissapointments. Sigh.
Well, this is a short post. We get home at 2:30 in the morning. I have to call before then to find out my schedule from work. Well, gotta go guys.

Hey there!
Wow, are you surprised? Did you think I was dead? Sorry to disappoint you. lol, kidding.
Yep, I finally made/had the time to update. So here I am! How do ya'll like the new lay? Very serene, isn't it? I like it.
So, on to catching up, here's what's happening in my life.
I've been working like crazy at the grocery store I'm employed at. It takes a lot of my time, and I then just get to feeling too tired when I get home to do anything. (Except clean house.)
Another big thing: My sister in Florida was caught by the police and thrown in jail for who knows what (drugs...but I won't go into that. Please keep her, and my other sister {not Tia} in ya'll's prayers! They are so not living a good life...nor following God). So, me, my Dad and Tia drove down to Florida to pick up her kids, (A 2 year old named Jayla and a 3 year old named Justice) along with my other niece, Shianne (an 8 year old). So, I've been having to work and take care of 3 crazy kids. I'm only 19 and I'm practically a mom! lol. But, yeah, my nieces and nephew have had a so-far hard childhood, and it's come down to whether or not we're going to take them and raise them ourselves. (Because they're parents are doing a terrible job.) The 8 year old has so much of her mom's influence. Cussing (the f-word too), arguing, rebelling, and she's only EIGHT!!! So, I'm having to discpline her a lot (because she's had none) and teach her everything all over again. As for the other two, they go 90 miles per hour everyday, and it's really hectic to watch them because they get into EVERYTHING! But, all they really want is love. Like just the other day, I was wiping Jayla's butt after she used the bathroom (do NOT laugh at me! lol), she just all of a sudden looked up and said, in her sweet jibbersh, "I wuv you." It practically broke my heart and made me wanna cry. I love them, but then I wanna kill them too! lol. So keep my family in ya'll's prayers, please.
So, that's pretty much the sorry, lame excuses I have for not updating. lol. I'm in Virginia now on vacation for a week (not with the kids, yay! lol). I'm taking it easy with my family and trying to soak all the quietness up I can get out here, lol.
How are ya'll doing? I wanna know! So now I'm going to go visit everybody's ljs. See ya'll and love ya'll!

Hey guys! Wanted to update really quick.
Man, it's raining like a mad cow out there! (my new prase "mad cow" instead of "crazy") lol. I wanted to come to the library to update and have my devotional before I go back in to work. It's so peaceful here!
I am re-reading Fruits Basket #13. I really like it. The artist's drawing has gotten extremely well. I'm supposed to be getting Naruto #10 in soon, but I think it's on backorder. Along with my mom's present for Mother's Day. T_T It's going to be tough explaining that to mom, lol.
This weekend (if it's the Lord's Will) my family and I will be heading to Texas to visit family. We're planning on going to Six Flags. (The HORROR! I hate rollercoasters!!! Wahhh!!). I haven't seen my relatives in Texas in forever. It'll be weird. O_o lol.
I've been figuring out a budget for myself recently. It's really hard, because all I wanna do is spend my money, but I realize the value of money now, and I don't wanna do that anymore. I wanna atleast save some molah for college and a laptop! I realize now that I have some bills. Insurance, cellphone, DirecTV(we're finally getting it! now I get to watch Spongebob and all my other fav. cartoons, lol), food, gas...food...manga, magazines...the list goes on. So, I think I have a budget figured out now. (now let's see if I can stick by it, lol).

Hey everyone! Are ya'll shocked I updated?
Well, I'm at the library right now. I am on my lunch break (have to go back in in an hour). I actually drove myself over here. Scary huh? Everybody, off the road! She's driving!!! lol.
Nothing much going on. I watched that movie with Queen Latifah in it, the one where she thinks she only has 3 weeks to live? I stayed up til about 1:30 last night watching it, lol. I love her! She's a great actress. It was a funny movie...I think I'll buy it when I get the chance.
Has anyone seen the movie, FF VII: Advent Children? I'm sure ya'll have! It was pretty good. I liked the graphics. It got me interested in FF again, so now I'm re-playing all my FF games. I'm near the end of FF X right now. I love that game!
Uhh...what else? Nothing much, I guess. Just wanted to let ya'll know that I'm alive and kicking, lol. ttyl,

Hey guys!
Man, it's been a while since the last update. I haven't been on in a while. I've been shuffling with work, sleep, eating, movies, puppy, and ...well, I forgot what else I was going to say.
So, what's the news? I FINALLY GOT MY DRIVER'S LICENSE!!! I was so nervous, but the lady was really nice. But, the ironic part is, we had to put my vehicle (I call it mine, but it's really the family's) in the shop. (Brake lights and turning signals aren't working). Why? Well, we went to Monroe on my b-day (April 7th) and ended up in a tornado. A tree fell RIGHT in front of us. We swerved, but the tree took the driver-side mirror and headlight with it. :( My poor thing! Good thing I wasn't driving, though. It was wierd. My sis was crying, my dad was angry, and I was ...laughing. I don't know why. It just happens when my adrenaline is pumping. *shrugs*

Hey guys!
Just wanted to update really quick.
The news? Well, my dauchand, Baby, got ran over last week. *cries* I know it. I live in the middle of the stinkin' woods, 15 miles from town, on a lonely dirt road, and my dog gets ran over! Gosh! Stinkin' drunk drivers! Grrr!
So, after a while of pleading from my sister, my dad agreed that we could have another dauchand puppy. So I found out about a lady who raises and sells dauchands for $175, we went to her house. She had one female left (we only wanted female) and I haggled the lady down to $150. YOSH! lol. I named her Little Bit. She's adorable! And smart! She already knows where to go when she needs to use the bathroom. Full of energy, too, the little ankle biter! lol.
On other news, my wallet was stolen that housed my $430 dollars, my permit, my offering envelopes (with about $120 altogether in them) and my free coke from Andy's card. Well, I understand all the other things being stolen, but my free coke from Andy's card?! COME ON PEOPLE!!! doggonit!!! Well, since my permit was stolen, I had to get a new permit, and now I'll be taking the driving part of the driving test April 19th. She made me wait 2 more weeks, doggonit!
And, on other news, we were coming home from Monroe on my b-day, when we came into some terrible weather. Come to find out, we were driving right through a tornado, and didn't even know it!!! Well, a tree fell right in front of us, and we about flipped swerving to not hit it. It took our driver side mirror, headlight and tailight with it, but left us a nice big ol' dent in the side. What's crazy though is my family's reaction to it all. Dad~ Mad. Sis~ Crying Me~ LAUGHING! I don't know why, either~ all that adrenaline, I guess. It's just that when I'm in a bad situation, I feel like laughing. I guess that's better than me crying. (I hate to cry!)
Speaking of my b-day, though, we went shopping. I got tons of books, including the following manga:

Hey there! I disabled my filter, so now I can login again! Yay! But it'll be back on sooner or later, so I might have to try and disable it again.
Nothing much new here. I'm going to the library in a couple of hours, then I have to be at work at 2pm. :(
But, no worries.
I updated all of my sites a few days ago with new layouts. I even created a new site. It's called Simply Sweet, and it's a doll site. My sister has a doll site, and I figured it'd be fun for a while to play around with one also. I finish up taking the driving part of the driving license test this Wed., so guys, please keep me and my student driver cop-guy in your prayers, lol. But, I'm ready to hurry up and get it over with and get the license. Freedom! haha.
This Friday, I'm going shopping with my family. I want Fruits Basket #13, which just came out this month. And I'll be getting the third volume in the Christian Manga Series, Serenity. I love that series. It's so nice to be able to read a manga without having to skip over cusswords or read about Buddha or something, lol. I'll also be looking for new clothes.
I started a checking account and a savings account not long ago. I haven't recieved my checks yet (I picked out cute lady bugs, haha) but I'll be getting them soon in the mail, along with a debit card. I have $600 in my savings and $159 in my checking. Don't worry, guys, I'll be adding more. lol.

Hey guys! As ya'll know or do not know, my filter on my computer won't let me login to livejournal, so the only way I'll be able to update is by going to the library. (Which I won't be able to do very often.) I'm at the library now. Just got through changing the layout. I like it. It's very pretty.

Hey guys! Yep, another all-nighter. I just can't seem to sleep, lol, but I have no problem the next day during the daytime. I'm worried about skillz. Well, not worried, because as a child of God, He has everything in control, but concerned. I prayed about her migraines. I wonder how she's doing?
Well, on other news, I changed the layout. I made the image myself. I like it. It looks neat. Kind of a Valentine Lay, featuring my fav. characters from Kodocha. Well, I might be changing the layout again later on, but for now, this is cool.
I've decided that when my bro. comes home for a visit, I'm going to get a laptop with internet connection. It'll be a lot easier on me, and the fact it'll be easier to update all my sites without others in my household hogging the computer, lol.
I adopted more of those eggie thingies. My other ones have hatched. I like the fishbowl, lol.
  
Nothing much else to say. I went running with some friends at the local track. Man, I quickly realized how out of shape I was. I'm definitely going to have to exercise more, lol! Tomorrow's my last offday, then Sat., off to work I go! haha. I also have to clean my room tomorrow. T_T It's wierd, I'm usually a neat freak, but when it comes to my room...nope!

Hey guys! It's been a while since I've posted anything. Sorry. I've been at work, and then when I wanted to get on the internet, my dad or my sis would be already on it. T_T That's what happens when you have one computer in the household of three. I'll be glad when I get my laptop, lol.
Nothing much going on. I just now got off from work, and I'm tired. I love sleep. But, the good news is, I'll be off for three days after tomorrow. Yay! *she would dance, but she's too tired*
Next Thurs. I'll be going to a Casting Crowns concert with my church friends and my sis. It's going to be awesome! I love Casting Crowns. Speaking of bands, I've been listening to Barlow Girl's cd all day today. I love them! Lol, I meant to get their other cd, "Another Journal Entry" (something like that) but I forgot. T_T Actually, truthfully, I mistaked their older cd for their newest cd and got it instead. I did that with Hillsong, too. That seems to happen to me a lot, lol. But I did get Rebecca St. James' newest cd! Yay! I love it. It's very good. Totally different from the style she usually does.
Anyway, I also bought Yotsubato #2. I love that girl! She makes me laugh so HARD! I was reading it while I was working in the gas station (something my boss probably wouldn't want me doing IF HE KNEW, lol shh..it's a secret) and I just kept on busting out laughing! I know the customers probably thought I was crazy, lol. I would read a little bit, laugh maniacally, and read some more. Haha.
Oh, I chatted with skilly the other night on a cool new chat thingy. She is so funny!!! I loved talking to her, she's the best. We ended up talking up all night! We would've talked longer, too, if my dad hadn't wanted to get on the internet. T_T Another reason to get a laptop, lol! skills, if you're reading this, we need to do that again! It was fun. And we haven't finished pushing those buttons, lol!
